So… What Exactly Is VIBRO-Core?

We won’t give away every secret, but here’s what we can share:

VIBRO-Core is a proprietary internal damping system made from a blend of fine rubber powders, carefully selected for particle size, shape, and flow characteristics. It includes moisture-resistant additives to keep the material freely moving inside the stabilizer, no clumping, no degradation. Even better? It’s produced largely from recycled materials.

This finely-tuned blend helps absorb and redistribute vibration throughout the shot, delivering a smoother, cleaner reaction during follow through.

Why We Created It

Back in our early days, most archers relied on one approach to reduce vibration: put a rubber damper on the end of the stabilizer. It worked… to a degree. But it also had drawbacks:

• It increased wind drag slightly
  
  

• It couldn’t target vibration inside the stabilizer itself
  
  

A few brands had tried internal damping, but most solutions either:

• Didn’t improve feel in any meaningful way
  
  

• Added too much mass in the wrong spots
  
  

• Or negatively affected bar responsiveness
  
  

That’s when we decided to develop a better option, one that would fully use the space inside the stabilizer to provide clean, responsive feedback without harming performance.

The Development Process: Trial, Error, and a Lot of Weird Experiments

Let’s be honest, we’ve put some strange things into carbon tubes over the years.
Liquids, sand, flour, metal powders, glass, fabric, and rubber.
If it fit inside a tube, we probably tried it.

But everything we did was driven by one goal: make the bow feel better.

As a whole, rubber-based materials consistently produced the best results, offering significant damping without dulling the bow’s reaction or adding too much mass.

We tested nearly every type of rubber powder available:

• Coarse vs. fine particles
  
  

• Different shapes and blends
  
  

• Over a dozen formulas from multiple suppliers
  
  

What we landed on was something truly unique: a free-flowing, optimized blend of rubber particles that naturally absorbs shock energy inside the stabilizer body. That’s VIBRO-CORE.
