What is the RamRods Loyalty Program and who can join?
The RamRods Loyalty Program rewards customers with points on purchases from RamRodsArchery.com. Participation is open to individuals with a registered account. Commercial accounts, sponsored athletes, and resellers are excluded.
How do I earn points?
You earn 2 points for every $1 spent on product subtotal (excluding shipping, tax, and discounts). Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
What can I redeem my points for?
Points may be redeemed for eligible discounts or special reward vouchers during checkout. Redemption rates and reward availability are subject to change without notice.
Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire after 18 consecutive months of account inactivity (no purchases or redemptions). Simply make a purchase or redeem points at least once every 18 months to keep your account active.
What are the membership tiers and benefits?
The program features four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond. Moving up through these tiers unlocks extra perks like early product access, free shipping, free gear, and more exclusive rewards.
Can the program terms change?
Yes, RamRods Archery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time without prior notice. If the program is terminated, unused points may be forfeited.
Can my loyalty account be terminated?
RamRods Archery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of fraud, abuse, or violation of program terms, resulting in forfeiture of all points.
How is my personal information protected?
Information collected through the program will be used in accordance with the RamRods Archery Privacy Policy. The program terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.
