Full One Year Warranty

What is covered in this warranty:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, for the original owner, with the exceptions stated below.

How long coverage lasts:

This warranty runs for one year from the date your RamRods product was purchased.

What is not covered:

This warranty does not cover damage due to abuse or misuse outside of the intended use of the product, modifications of any kind, the thread locking glue used to secure the weight adapter screw or the base screws, rust due to water exposure, and fading of graphics or finish due to sun or chemical exposure.

What RamRods will do:

RamRods will attempt to repair any damage that proves to be due to defective materials or workmanship. If repair is not possible, RamRods will either replace your product with a new product or refund the original purchase price. If your product is no longer made by RamRods we will replace your product with a new equivalent product in terms of performance and price or offer a full refund of the original purchase price, at our discretion.

How to get service:

Contact us through our website here, or email us at Ramrodsarchery@gmail.com. We will contact you within 5 business days to resolve your warranty claim.

How State law applies:

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

How many days do I have to return?

30 days from purchase. 

What can be returned?

Equipment purchased through RamRodsArchery.com or through RamRods Archery directly at an event. Items must be in new unused condition to be eligible for return. If we can put it back on the shelf to resell it, you are able to return it.

What can not be returned?

Apparel items, used or damaged equipment, equipment missing its original packaging, items purchased outside of RamRods archery through a reseller or other party. If you would like to return an item purchased through an authorized reseller please process the return with the original seller or have them get in touch with us. 

How do I process my return?

Email us at ramrodsarchery@gmail.com or use the contact form here. Send us your order number, description of the reason for return, and we will provide return instructions. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your items and confirming your return.
