General Questions
WHERE CAN I BUY RAMRODS?
You can purchase RamRods stabilizers directly from our website or through your local retailer. For a list of places to buy check out our dealer locator. We are happy to work with any shop in the USA so if your shop does not carry RamRods yet please have them contact us. For international shops and dealers we have several international distributors that can get product to them so get in touch if you need help finding a distributor.
WHAT ARE RAMRODS?
RamRods are a narrow diameter stabilizer created by Olympic and International archery medalists. They are designed to help you shoot your best in any conditions. Please view our product information videos here for more information about what makes our products unique.
WHERE ARE RAMRODS MADE?
Ramrods stabilizers are designed and hand built in southern California. We build our products by sourcing the best quality and value, domestically and internationally.
WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY?
We guarantee that our products will arrive free of defects and in perfect working order. If you find that there is anything wrong with your order or something doesn’t seem right please send us an email and we will make it right and make sure you are completely satisfied with your products. Shipping and Ordering
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR ME TO GET MY ORDER?
If all items in your order are in stock, we will strive to ship your order shipped the same or next business day. Domestic shipping times are 1-4 business days on average depending on location and the shipping method selected. International shipping times are 3-7 business days on average, however sometimes customs delays outside our control can add to that shipping time.
I PAID FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING BUT MY ORDER HASN’T SHIPPED YET, WHAT’S GOING ON?
Don’t worry we didn’t forget you! We strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible (80% of our orders go out same day or next day), but sometimes due to high order volume or a need to build a part for your order it can take a couple of days to get an order shipped. Once your order is ready it will ship with your selected shipping method.
HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?
When you place your order, you should receive two emails. One at the time that you place your order and then a second one when your order ships. If you do not receive a confirmation email within a few hours of placing your order, please send us an email and we will verify that your order went through correctly.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
For domestic orders over $100 we offer free shipping. For international orders over $500 we offer free shipping. Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will be given an option of select services.
I DON’T SEE INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING TO MY COUNTRY ON THE WEBSITE, DO YOU SELL INTERNATIONALLY?
If you don’t see your country listed at checkout please send us an email at customerservice@ramrodsarchery.com and we will either prepare your order manually or put you in contact with a dealer that covers your country. We do ship to Europe, currently however customers will be responsible for paying their own customs on delivery.

I WOULD LIKE TO BE SPONSORED BY RAMRODS, HOW CAN I DO THAT?
In September through October each year we accept prostaff applications through our website.
Check back then and send in an application to see if you qualify!
Due to high volume of requests we do not accept applications outside of this window.
HOW GET MY COLLEGE OR JOAD ARCHERY PROGRAM SPONSORED BY RAMRODS?
We are working on coming out with some programs to support all the college and JOAD archers out there. In the meantime, please send us an email at customerservice@ramrodsarchery.com and we will see if we can work something out for you.
