2 - Senior/adult national rank and verification link (if you have a rank).

3 - Competition history for national or international events (no link required).

4 - World Archery profile direct link (if you have one).

5 - Best 720 round outdoor score in competition in last 12 months at your standard competition distance (verification link required).

6 - Competition plans at national and international level for 2025.
