LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY

What Is Covered

RamRods Archery warrants to the original retail purchaser that RamRods products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for one (1) year from the original purchase date.

This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from RamRods Archery or from an authorized RamRods dealer.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or cosmetic wear caused by:

• Normal wear and tear
• Improper installation, setup, or maintenance
• Impact, crushing, dropping, dry-firing, or collision with other equipment
• Use outside the product's intended purpose
• Modification, disassembly, or aftermarket parts
• Use of thread-locking compounds, adhesives, or chemicals not approved by RamRods
• Exposure to water, salt, sweat, solvents, or corrosive environments
• Fading, chipping, or wear of finishes, anodizing, graphics, or coatings
• Shipping damage or loss after delivery

Consumable or cosmetic components are not covered unless a defect is present at the time of delivery.

What RamRods Will Do

If a defect covered by this warranty is confirmed, RamRods will, at its option:

• Repair the product
• Replace the product with the same or a functionally equivalent product
• Refund the original purchase price

If the exact model is no longer available, RamRods may provide an equivalent product of comparable performance and value.

For approved warranty claims, RamRods will cover outbound shipping of replacement parts or products. Return shipping of defective products may be required for inspection.

How To Make a Warranty Claim

Submit your claim through our website or by email to customerservice@ramrodsarchery.com and include:

• Proof of purchase
• Photos or video of the issue
• Description of the problem

Claims are typically reviewed within five (5) business days.

RamRods reserves the right to inspect any product before approving replacement or refund.

Legal Rights

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights that vary by state, province, or country.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

RETURNS

Return Window

Eligible items may be returned within thirty (30) days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

Items must be:

• Unused, uninstalled, and in new condition
• Free of wear, marks, or mounting traces
• In original packaging with all inserts and protective materials

If the item can be resold as new, it qualifies.

Refunds vs. Store Credit

Refunds are issued only for approved warranty claims involving verified defects.

Returns for any other reason, including change of mind, incorrect selection, or preference, are issued as store credit only.

Store credit never expires and can be used toward any RamRods product.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Apparel
• Used, mounted, or installed equipment
• Products with missing or damaged packaging
• Custom or special-order items
• Clearance or final-sale items
• Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers

Returns for dealer-purchased items must be handled through the original seller.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping on all non-warranty returns.

Warranty-approved defects will receive prepaid return labels when required.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

How To Request a Return

Email customerservice@ramrodsarchery.com or submit the form on our website and include:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for return

If approved, you will receive return instructions.

Processing

Once received and inspected:

• Store credit or warranty refunds are processed within fourteen (14) days
• Items that do not meet return conditions will be rejected or returned to the customer

EU CONSUMER WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS

This section applies only to consumers residing in the European Union where mandatory consumer protection laws provide a statutory right of withdrawal.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU consumer, you may have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must submit a withdrawal request using the withdrawal form or withdrawal button available on our website.

You must provide:

• Your name
• Order number or order reference
• Contact information sufficient for us to identify your order

We will provide confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal request by email.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you validly withdraw from a purchase, RamRods Archery will reimburse payments received from you as required by applicable law.

Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after submitting your withdrawal request.

The customer is solely responsible for arranging return transportation of the goods.

The customer is solely responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance costs, customs documentation, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and any other charges associated with returning the goods.

Returned products must be shipped to the return address provided by RamRods Archery.

Proof of Return

RamRods Archery reserves the right to withhold reimbursement until:

• The goods have been received and inspected; or
• The customer has provided evidence that the goods have been returned,

whichever occurs first under applicable law.

Diminished Value

Customers are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

RamRods Archery reserves the right to reduce any reimbursement to reflect diminished value caused by:

• Use
• Installation
• Wear
• Cosmetic damage
• Missing packaging
• Missing components
• Modifications
• Any condition that reduces the value of the returned goods

Inspection of Returned Goods

All returned goods are subject to inspection upon receipt.

Any reduction in reimbursement will be based on the condition of the returned goods and the resulting loss in value.

Exceptions

The statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to certain products where exemptions are permitted under applicable law. Any applicable exemptions will be identified at the time of sale.

Mandatory Rights

This section does not affect any mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
