Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time includes order verification, picking, packing, and handoff to the carrier. It does not include transit time.
Custom, pre-order, or backordered items will ship according to the estimated timelines shown on the product page or at checkout.
Shipping methods and delivery times
Delivery times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Transit time begins once tracking has been issued and the shipment has been handed to the carrier.
RamRods Archery is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, weather, labor disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other events outside our control.
International orders, duties, and taxes
International customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage charges, and local taxes unless explicitly included at checkout.
If an international shipment is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to unpaid taxes or customs fees, the order is not eligible for a refund. If the shipment is returned to us, store credit may be issued minus return shipping, customs, and handling costs.
Shipping addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to the address provided are considered correctly fulfilled.
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Tracking and delivery confirmation
All shipments include tracking. Orders are considered delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.
RamRods Archery is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after a carrier marks the shipment as delivered. If signature confirmation or shipping insurance is desired, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost or delayed shipments
If a shipment is lost in transit and confirmed by the carrier, RamRods will assist with the carrier claim and may issue a replacement or store credit at our discretion once the claim is approved.
Refunds are not issued for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.
Damaged shipments
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product and packaging so we can file a carrier claim. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for replacement or credit.
Partial shipments
Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages. Tracking information for each shipment will be provided when available.
